The Mental Health Crisis Response Centre (24/7)
The Mental Health Crisis Response Centre in Winnipeg is creating a central point of access for adults experiencing a mental health crisis, accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week within an atmosphere that promotes healing and recovery. This Centre of Excellence in crisis resolution ensures expert short term clinical treatment and support services are available through walk-in services, mobile services and scheduled appointment services, combined with planned linkage and referral to appropriate services and supports.

Hope for Wellness Helpline (24/7)
The Hope for Wellness Help Line offers immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada. Phone and chat counselling is available in English and French. On request, phone counselling is also available in: Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktitut. Seneca Warm Line (24/7)
Since March 2020, the Seneca Warm Line has been offered as a dedicated 24-hour Telephone Service to Manitobans struggling with issues which affected their mental health and wellness during the recommended isolation and quarantine resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. They continue to provide compassionate and respectful support for those struggling with their mental health.

Unison Benevolent Fund (24/7)
Unison Benevolent Fund is a non-profit, registered charity that provides counselling and emergency relief services to the Canadian music community. The Unison Benevolent Fund is an assistance program – created and administered for the music community, by the music community – designed to provide discreet relief to music industry professionals in times of crisis. There are two distinct types of support available through the fund, Financial Assistance and Counselling & Health Solutions.

Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba (MDAM) is a non-profit organization founded by Gwen Finnen in 1983 as the Society for Depression & Manic Depression of Manitoba. Rainbow Resource Centre is a non-profit organization that serves the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Manitoba and North Western Ontario. The Red Tent
Based in Winnipeg, MB, The Red Tent provides education and creates awareness about safer spaces, sexual consent, respect and anti-oppression by providing trainings to organizations and establishing partnerships with festivals, venues and events to create a safer space for women, trans and two spirit people.

Sunshine House
Sunshine House is a community drop-in and resource centre focusing on harm reduction and social inclusion. We work to provide programming that fulfills people’s social, community, and recreational needs. Participants can come as they are, and are not expected to be “clean” or sober. Sunshine House is also home to the Mobile Overdose Prevention Site (MOPS), which provides information on harm reduction and a safe space to use drugs while supervised by staff trained on overdose prevention.

Tunngasugit Inc
Tunngasugit Inc. was formed in December 2017 to offer front-line services to assist Inuit in transitioning to life in the city. Services include assistance with health and social services; cultural access, eduction, and programming; assistance with employment and income.

Women’s Health Clinic
The Women’s Health Clinic in Winnipeg is an inclusive, feminist thought-informed health clinic. They provide a plethora of resources, including (but not limited to) sexual and reproductive care, abortion care, birth control and pregnancy counselling, infant loss support, eating disorder recovery care, and more. While they are called the Women’s Health Clinic, they welcome Two-Spirit, genderqueer, trans, and non-binary individuals, as well as cisgender women and men.
